How to write a song

Have you ever wanted was your song on the radio? Could be. Not that hard once you know the formula. With a little creativity, a little knowledge, a little luck and a good formula to follow, your song could be one of the biggest hits coming.

Composition comes easy for some, and it is very difficult for others. I have actually written songs in my sleep, and immediately after awake, writing as fast as I could get the words on paper.

What I speak of writing is very popular, as the songs you hear on the radio. A good pop song, whether rock, country, middle of the road, consists of two things: a catchy melody and some very good points.

There is a formula that most great songwriters use to write great songs. Refers to the structure used to write a song. Of course it is music and art, so the rules are not hard and fast. But if you want to increase your chances of getting your song on the radio, is a good starting point.

Here's the formula. Verse, chorus, verse, chorus, bridge, chorus.

Write on paper leaving plenty of space between each word and this is his writing.

Verse

The verse is part of the song that tells the story, leading to the choir. Each verse is usually different, telling a different part of, or addition to history, the. Usually, explains how he came to the things you are singing in the choir.

Chorus.

The chorus is the part of the song that repeats after each verse. The lyrics are generally the same each time the chorus comes back. The verse usually leads the chorus and the chorus is usually pay to listen to the verses. Does that make sense?

Now, if you would kindly stop laughing at my lame song for a minute, I think if you do not understand my point. Membership is to tell stories. Verse tells the problems, the chorus expresses the results or the emotions.

Okay, now that has to master, let's tackle the bridge. Oh yes, there's more to the song that pain and liberation. We need the diversion. That's what the bridge is the deviation of the verses and chorus.

My dog just to have a flea it seems, so once again I will live my dreams,

Oh, woe was me, do not you see
Ay I was, but now I'm free

The bridge offers a solution to the problems I had. You do not want to leave your listener on the verge of suicide, you want them hope.

Notice, also changed the wording of the chorus. This was done to reflect my joy again.

One more thing on formula. It can be anyway you want, but most verses and chorus come in lines 4. Thus, instead of this:

Alas, I will be free

(verso)
My car broke down just outside the city
He got towed in, but it broke again

This would:

Oh, poor me, can not you see
Alas, I will be free
My car broke down just outside the city
He got towed in, but it broke again

The same applies to the choir. Again, if you are creative, do as you like. But for a new songwriter, this gives you some guidelines to zero and start to carve out his new creation.

One more thing, do the notes of the melody so high that fans can not sing. We are certainly all not Stevie Wonder.
